He holds Marrow Reach, the safest system on the reaver ladder's whole nine-elite roster, and the mildest of its threats.

A blind spot in an airtight order
The Void Dominion keeps ledgers the way the Nexus Protectorate keeps a line — by presence, by record, by an audit trail nothing is supposed to slip past. The Skulker is the one thing that order cannot catch: he does not fight the paperwork, he corrupts it, quietly diverting cargo the manifest still swears is accounted for. Marrow Reach sits at security 7, deep enough in Void Dominion territory that outright raiding would draw attention no forger wants, and shallow enough that his low-key fraud barely disturbs the ground the Dominion still holds.
The first of three
He is Khareth where the Crimson Skiff Raider is Dralvok and the Rustjaw Chancer is human — the first of three Khareth reaver elites the ladder casts around extraction and its ledgers, a reading the Onyx Claimjumper and the Voidglass Sovereign carry further into lawless space. He flies a Varka, armed enough to make a fight painful but never the point: a Skulker cornered would rather vanish than trade fire.
The Dominion Yard registrars seal every manifest they write. Nobody thought to ask who sealed the one the Skulker forged.
